Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a cable of negative weight from the accumulator.

Prevention

At the same time contents of the electronic memorable devices, for example a radio receiver code are erased. Before shutdown of the accumulator it is necessary to read subsection 2.11.


2. Lift the car and remove the right forward wheel.
3. Remove the lower casing of the engine in the right wheel niche.
4. Take off maple a belt.
5. Block the engine and turn off bolts of fastening of a belt pulley of a bent shaft.
6. For blocking of the engine establish the 5th transfer and specify to the assistant to press a brake pedal.
7. Remove a pulley of a bent shaft.
8. Remove the right and left casings of a gear belt.
9. Turn off an engine mount.
10. Remove glow plugs.
11. For a pro-collar of a bent shaft of the engine tighten the emergency brake, install the transmission in neutral situation. By means of a neck and a head turn wheels of a bent shaft from the right wheel niche.

Prevention

On turn a bent shaft for camshaft wheels via the gear belt drive in order to avoid an overload of a gear belt by no means.


12. At the forthcoming repeated installation of a gear belt to its zamarkiruyta. At the same time it is necessary to apply on a belt with a chertilka an arrow of the direction of rotation. The engine rotates clockwise.
13. Turn off obodny a roller.
14. Take off a gear belt. After that do not turn cogwheels.

Prevention

Before removal double-check whether the tag on a camshaft wheel coincides with edge of a head of cylinders, if necessary modify.

If it is necessary, check the camshaft at the taken-off gear belt, any piston should not be in VMT. Otherwise there can be serious damages of pistons and valves.


15. Before drawing a tag install the 1st cylinder in the provision of VMT. For this purpose turn a bent shaft before coincidence of a tag (1) on a cogwheel of the camshaft (2) with a tag on a frontal payment. Then turn a wheel of a bent shaft on 1/4 turns (90 °) to the left or to the right. The tag has to be turned now to the left or to the right.

Installation
Prevention

Do not bend a gear belt and do not turn. Surely replace the polluted, damaged or worn-out belts. Check uniformity and ease of the course of a tension roller.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check whether the wheel of a bent shaft on the tags located in the drawing is exposed. At the same time marking on a camshaft wheel has to coincide with marking on a frontal payment. If is not present, turn in the necessary situation. Instructions on turn of the engine at the taken-off gear belt see in the section "Removal".
2. Impose a gear belt. When imposing an old belt impose according to the put arrow of the direction of rotation.

Prevention

Make sure that the belt well covers wheels and does not sag.


3. Put and fix with effort of an inhaling 50 N. in m bypass a roller.

Tension

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Weaken a bolt of a tension roller so that the roller could move to a gear belt under effort of a spring.
2. Turn a bent shaft on two turns clockwise before coincidence of tags on the camshaft and on a frontal payment. Be once again convinced that all tags coincide.
3. Tighten a bolt of a tension roller with 50 N.' effort of m.
4. Turn a bent shaft on two turns in the direction of rotation of the engine and double-check adjustment.
5. Establish and fix with effort 10 N. in m the right and left casings of a gear belt.
6. Block the engine and insert bolts of fastening of a belt pulley of a bent shaft, to tighten them with 30 N.' effort of m.
7. For blocking of the engine establish the 5th transfer and specify to the assistant to press a brake pedal.
8. Establish glow plugs.
9. Establish and pull maple a belt.
10. Establish a casing in the right wheel niche.
11. Connect a cable of negative weight to the accumulator.
12. If there are hours, expose time and set a security code of the radio receiver.
