Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lower pressure in fuel system and disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Merge cooling liquid.
3. Remove an airintaking branch pipe.
4. Disconnect ropes, hoses and wires from the throttle case.
5. In a back part of a final collector disconnect a wire(s), two wires of fuel injectors (V), a fuel supply tube (C) and a vacuum hose from the regulator of pressure of fuel (D).
6. Disconnect a rope of a butterfly valve (A), two wires of the electromagnetic valve (V) and an arm on which sockets are fixed. A bolt (C) is one of arm bolts.
7. Disconnect wires from spark plugs.
8. Unscrew bolts and twist collector nuts. Remove a collector.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean off the remains of old laying and a deposit from the joined surfaces of a collector and a head of cylinders.
2. Under an inlet collector there are two perepuskny tubes of cooling liquid. Carrying out maintenance of these tubes is complicated therefore, every time when you remove a collector, surely replace a rubber hose of cooling liquid and clips of a hose.
3. Establish new laying of an inlet collector and a collector.
4. Tighten bolts and nuts of a collector in three steps till the required inhaling moment.
5. Establish the remained details, start the engine and check the engine for existence of leaks.
